We Recognize that Realtors Play a Vital Role in the Homebuilding Process

Real estate professionals play a critical role in meeting the needs of homebuyers, and a significant role in helping us achieve our goals. As such, we work proactively with the real estate community through several programs to help keep Realtors involved.

First, we always welcome broker cooperation in every speculative project we initiate, usually at a rate of 2.5% for homes offered under one million and 2% for homes offered above one million. Brokers best know the needs of their customers. As such it is important to maintain a virtuous relationship.

The second program involves build-to-suit projects. We offer a generous 2.5% cooperation when a broker brings a build-to-suit project as recognition for the additional complexities of such a project.

Third, perhaps the most scarce resource in the homebuilding process is quality land. The right lot makes all the difference in the success of a project. As a result, we are always looking for land. Some of our most satisfying projects have resulted from a random call from a Realtor who had a lead on a quality lot. Please keep us in mind as you become aware of such opportunities, as we will look for you to be our agent in such a transaction.

Lastly, real estate professionals possess first-hand awareness of the value in real estate investing. We occasionally engage in projects with investors whereby an investor provides the land, we build the house, and the potential profits are shared.
