Features
7,000+ square feet of luxury living. This home is being constructed
for the Fall 2005 Parade of Homes. The home features 5 bedrooms, 4
full bathrooms and 2 powder rooms, 5 fireplaces, and a 5-car garage.
The unique style of the home begins with a soaring 22-foot foyer,
leading to a custom wrought-iron staircase and a gallery which surrounds
the oval-shaped, raised platform dining room with arched columns and
multiple-tray ceiling.
The kitchen has all of the gourmet accoutrements expected of a home
of this quality, including 2 dishwashers, built-in coffee maker, television,
and commercial range. The radius kitchen wall overlooks open space
offering a gorgeous country view. The custom cabinets are well built
and thoughtfully designed. The island is large enough that it requires
2 chandeliers.
Upstairs, the spacious master suite offers a great view across the
prairie. It also has an intimate fireplace, and a master bath suite
that is a must see: barrel ceiling, furniture-piece vanities, luxuriously
designed tub area, and a shower design that is the signature of the
suite.
Three additional bedrooms are well appointed, and a bonus room offers
additional living space. The grand staircase overlooks 3 separate
art niches with painted murals.
The basement of the home offers a custom bar with radius wall cabinets,
a family room, bedroom, wine cellar, wine grotto, and the largest
home theater that Chicago Media Systems has ever created.
Outside, the home has an extensive landscape package, including two
separate outdoor living areas - one for entertaining and one for quiet
family evenings. The home has a 3-car sideload garage long with a
2-car front-load garage.
